IT'S RECIPE WEDNESDAY! YAHOO!
Corn Salsa
Corn Salsa
One can of the following:
Black beans (drained and rinsed)
Black eyed peas (drained and rinsed)
Mexicorn
White corn
Chopped black olives
Chopped green chilies
Add in:
Large tomato chopped
Red/yellow bell pepper (or both) finely sliced
Green onions finely sliced (4-5)
Handful of minced cilantro (fresh is best, but still good dried)
Top with Fat-free Italian dressing and put in refrigerator to chill for several hours before serving with corn chips!
